Very clever concept, but poor execution. Let me guess: you created the shapes in Photoshop and applied a Bevel & Emboss layer style with one of the Chisel techniques selected, right? Same with the letters. A good design should not be obvious in its approach, especially digital art. Did you try separating the letters from the symbol? I appreciate the intention of the "O" shape superimposed over the O letter, but it generates a cluttered composition.
